한국학 용어 대역어 사전 편찬은 번역 용례의 정리부터 시작됩니다. 이를 위해 기존 한국학 번역 명저에서 번역 용례를 추출하고 정리하여 대역어 사전 역할을 할 수 있는 ‘한국학 영문 용어용례사전’을 만들어 가고 있습니다.

The Lay of King Tongmyŏng

According to “TheLay of King Tongmyŏng” by Yi Kyubo (1169-1214), in his travels between heaven and earth, Haemosu, the “son of the heavenly emperor,” espies the three daughters of the River Earl. With a riding whip he traces the foundations and creates a bronze palace, where he flirts with Willow Flower (Yuhwa), the Earl’s eldest daughter.
