The two Korean Studies institutes of Freie Universitaet Berlin and Ruhr Universitaet Bochum here apply for support for a five year research and teaching project on the subject of „Circulation of Knowledge and the Dynamics of Transformation“. Through this project, we will create a firm research and teaching network, utilizing multiple techniques of trans-local communication (such as on-line conferences, intranet, e-courses and the like).
